This course is for anyone who is ready to change their health. This course consists of adopting healthy overall habits that promote long-term vitality and health. What are whole foods? Whole foods are natural foods and especially an unprocessed one (such as a vegetable or fruit). Why do we use natural remedies? Conventional medicine is great for treating acute illness and can often provide temporary relief to the symptoms. However, symptom suppression, hardly addresses the root cause of the illness. Meanwhile, herbs and natural therapies are the best choice for constitutional wellness. What does it mean to nourish your spirit? To address your deepest sense of self through meditation, breathwork, checking in with yourself, cleaning your clutter, journaling, and allowing space for change.
