Serving Size: If symptoms are showing drink a cup (8oz) worth 3-6 times a day or have 1-3 cups daily for long term treatment of foundational problems. Drink at about 1 cup per 1-2 hours rate.
How to make tea: For each cup of tea (8oz) that you want to make, place 8 oz of boiling water (212 °F) over 1 tsp or up to a 1 Tbs of dried herb depending on the strength desired. Let them steep for 3-5 minutes, if you are using leaves and 5-10 minutes if the blend has more roots. For roots, you can also boil them in the pot for extraction.

If a package is delivered on your tracking, but you did not receive it, you need to reach out to your local usps office. We do not handle the shipping or delivery of an order. If you fail to reach out to them in time and your package is not good anymore that is NOT our responsibility to replace it. Make sure you have an active tracking number and are picking up your package as soon as it is delivered! If a package is broken or damaged by USPS that is out of our control, but we will do our best to assist you. We ship every order with enough insurance to cover the order. We are NOT responsible for your replacement if your address is incorrect or is not updated. If the package is broken or damaged please reach out to us with photos of the package contents. If we do not have prove, we cannot get a refund and therefore are not able to verify you are telling the truth. We need the photos to get a refund from USPS. If we have proof, we will send out a replacement on the following monday or tuesday.
