Alternating between those 2 pairs each day is a great way to utilize both pairs. Another great combination for rest time or relaxation is the calming gut being paired with the love your lungs tea. When we say paired, we do not mean mixing the dried herbs, but drinking 1-2 cups of each tea.
The goddess wellness tea and the calming gut tea would be the best suited for an everyday tonic for daily preventative care.
When using with sea moss gel, we recommend drinking your tea first, then eating the gel and gummies before eating.

Serving Size: Drink a cup (8oz) worth 3-6 times a day if your ailment is acute (active and symptomatic) or have 1-3 cups for long term treatment of foundational problems. Drink at about 1 cup per 1-2 hours rate.
How to make tea: For each cup of tea (8oz) that you want to make, place 8 oz of boiling water (212 °F) over 1 tsp or up to a 1 Tbs of dried herb depending on the strength desired. Let them steep for 3-5 minutes if they are leaves and 5-10 minutes if the blend has more roots.
