Serving Size: If symptoms are showing, drink a cup (8oz) worth 3-6 times a day or have 1-3 cups daily for long term treatment of foundational problems. Drink at about 1 cup per 1-2 hours rate.
How to make tea: For each cup of tea (8oz) that you want to make, place 8 oz of boiling water (212 °F) over 1 tsp or up to a 1 Tbs of dried herb depending on the strength desired. Let them steep for 3-5 minutes, if they are leaves and 5-10 minutes if the blend has more roots. For roots, you can also boil them in the pot for extraction.
